When rendering even tho it is an high quality settings it still is low

Hello so yesterday i had a problem. I was doing a video on ae and all my setting are to full resolution and quality (AVI) and when i finish rendering the video is in low quality if you ask how i know this its because when i post it on instagram the promote button says that the quality is low and stuff. I even tried to render on AME and reset all my settings thinking that i might change something by accident. Can anyone help me?

Recreate your 480-by-360 animation at 1080-by-1080 or 1920-by-1080 and you should be good for Instagram.

It's important that you recreate it rather than try to use it as is or scale it up.

sooo for the video i made i started using 480x360

but i sometimes use 1080x1080 or 1920x1080

video is a 1920x1080 video (also if you are kinda confused for something i do edits so i needed that)
