whenever i install new plugins after effects wont start up

when i put plugins such as Magic Bullet, twixtor, sapphire and others after effects doesnt start and sits at the Initializing mediacore, someone told me to rename the MediaCore file, i did and when i start after effects my pugins arent there.

If your project uses the third party plug-ins, you also update them to the lastest.

What's the exact version of After Effects you're using. Before installing the plug-ins, please sure that the plug-in is compatible with the version of After Effects that you're using.

all the plugins are at the exact version of after effects and now its stuck at this screen
