Where can I get the offline installer for adobe after effects 2021 for plugin compatibility?

I need the offline installer for after effects 2021 on my windows 11 pc, in order to get plugin compatibility. As it isn't available using the creative cloud desktop app, I contacted adobe support and they said it's discontinued and they don't have the link. Does anyone have the installation link?
