which component should i update in my pc for this problem (edit fast)

hello.
well my problem is
- when i apply one effect, it takes couple seconds (10-20) to show the result of that effect applied on that png picture or etc.
i want to show me fast so i can edit faster and not wait every time i change setting of that effect.
or
- when i replay timeline, it take a littel forward then it start from begin and i have to wait many times so that line become green.
.
now my question is what component exactly should i upgrade for that? can upgrading ram to 32gb solve this problem.

i know i should set resolution on 1/8, i know i should clean my cache, i know i should put all of my files on ssd. i know them all. i just ask about the upgrade of my pc component.
