Why AE15.1&PR12.1 lose many codecs in Quicktime mov

same in macOs and windows system . I install early version ,no this problem!

    I have the same problem, it's sporadic at best.

    HOPEFULLY, Adobe knows this already as it's appeared in this verison (15.1.1) Build 12

    I'm sure they're moving quickly to patch the issue.

    Dream on.  Those codecs are G-O-N-E, gone!

    The only way they'll come back is if enough people crab at Adobe to bring them back.

    We have a nearly brand new camera and it's not all of the footage. It would be different if 4 of 4 files won't load, except audio, but 4 of 300 won't load except for audio. And they loaded yesterday?

    Bring back what codec? h.264? ProRes? DJI-AVC? Those are the codecs that won't load.

    Adobe dropped its support of many older, but still widely-used Quicktime codecs in the latest update.  If you need these codecs, you need to revert to the Create Cloud update that was released BEFORE April.
