Why am I getting this error about Frame rate?

So I was making a Twixtor and I was going to add my script for the Twixtor settings, but whenever I add the script I get an error that says "Can not set frame rate directly on a footage item. Instead, set the conform framerate on the main source or proxy source of the item". My composition is set to 60 FPS and the clip I tried to Twixtor is at 23 FPS. I tried lowering my composition FPS but I still get the same problem. Does anyone know what this means and what I should do?
