Why can't I bring in After Effects Motion Graphics Template: MeetMeAtTheCorner into AE CC 2018?

Help!  I upgrade to the AE CC 2018 and then added to my library from the Adobe Store:  MeetMeAtTheCorner Motion Graphics Template.  It shows up in my library but it is greyed out and when you mouse-over the template in the library it states:  "Meet Me At The Corner created in After Effects. This Motion Graphics Template is not supported in After Effects

Is this because I am on AE CC 2018?  Is the message being cut off?  If that is the case, how can we know what AE version a template is compatible with ?

Thanks in advance

Sue

This is what I found out.  If you download the Motion Graphics File (mogrt) and unzip it (I used 7-zip). You get three files.  Find the "aegraphic" file and unzip that one and you receive the necessary aep file needed to open in After Effects.

SidePoint: Does someone update the TITLE text on the items in the Adobe Stock store?  It should really say (on mouseover). This Motion Graphics Template was created in After Effects to be used in Premiere Pro.

As far as I know, a MoGRT created with an earlier version of AE will open up just fine in PPro; as long as AE and PPro are identical versions and, as mentioned, AE is the same or newer version as the one used to create the MoGRT.
