Why cant i export bcc effects correctly?

In addition to what the experts suggested, when did you start having the issue? Was it working fine in the previous version? If nothing helps, can you try installing the previous version of After Effects and see if that helps?

Which AE version are you using? 
Assuming BCC plugin is compatible with the version you are on, have you tried applying the effects on an adjustment layer? 
does purging memory and disk cache help in a way? 

This threw me, so I went down some searches and came up with “make sure your plugins are up to date and your GPU drivers are as well”.  Which isn’t great admittedly.

Can you render out a single frame or screenshot?  If the effect is there, then it must be a caching issue.  If the effect isn’t there, maybe the plug-in is corrupt and need s to be removed and reinstalled???
