Why CC light ray effect is not visible when i export the video?

I was doing and animation with an images background and light effect. In After effect is visible but then when i export the video, the effect is not there. 

 

anyone know how to make it visible?

Without any more specific info about your render settings, your systems along with some screenshots we can't tell you anything. You need to provide much better info than just stating that the effect just disappears on render.
