Why does AE always shift the left side of the video to the right when it exports the video?

When I explore an AE project, it always shifts part of the left side to the right. This is a problem I've never encountered before. Can anyone help me, please?

What you are experiencing was a known issue that's been fixed.

Double-check that the version number of Adobe After Effects that you are using, for example Adobe After Effects 23.6.2 matched the version of Adobe Media Encoder that you are using, for example Adobe Media Encoder 23.6.2.
