Why doesn't the layer selection pop up when I import tif into AE?

Question

When I import TIF into AE, the content shown in the picture below does not appear. My image is imported into AE as a whole (the second picture is the state I opened). I am sure that there are three layers when I open it in PS. What is the reason?
