Why is create shapes from text greyed out?

Hi all,

My 'Create Shape from Text" is greyed out and I can't figure out why.

Everything in 'Create' is greyed out.

Can anyone give some troubleshooting solutions?

Legend

You have to select a Text Layer for those features to be enabled.
