Why is my AE 22.5 always not responding.

When I save as the project, or Output video.

It ont responding  when you select a save location.

Without any system information and other details we can't realyl tell you much. Based on your Chinese glyphs it is likely that this could be language related, so as a start I'd check the system language and keyboard settings if you're really using simplified Chinese and not some other settings. Likewise, you'd have to check the CC app langauge settings and the relevant bits in the AE preferences and character panel.

My system is Windows 11 22H2,But my colleague had the same problem with Windows 10. Our computer language is simplified Chinese.,creative cloud app setting It's also simplified Chinese.

Everything seems normal.

 

We have no problem with AE2021.
