Why isn't the Source Time ruler appearing when I enable Time Remapping?

I'm working on a project for school and I'm trying to fix the timing in a composition. When I enable time remapping, however, the source time ruler isn't appearing underneath the composition panel. Is there a way to fix this? Here's a screenshot below.

Do you mean to be in the Graph Editor? It's the blue button at the top of the timeline, right before the time ruler numbers start.

Thank you, but yes I do mean to! Toggling it on and off doesn't fix my issue, and I still dont get the source time ruler.

Sorry, I'm not actually sure I know what you mean by Source Time Ruler. The only time ruler I am familiar with is the one at the top of the Timeline. Do you mean the In/Out/Duration/Stretch panes?

 If so that button is on the bottom left of the timeline.
