Wifi Mouse is too sensitive

My logitec mouse is way to sensitive. If i click on keyframe, it does not highlight but opens a window.

When trying to change positioning or rotation up or down, the mouse clicks inside instead of letting me scroll values up or down.. hyper sensitive. I tried changing some mouse setting with no new results. Anyone have any ideas how I can solve this? Going crazy.
