Wiggle Animation problem

Hi, i nhave problem and im new i AEE so i don't know how to fix that.

i'm doing an animation witch Wiggle-Rotation Effect, And When im adding somethink position of wiggle on frame move, i mean i need specific statement on frame so i need the animation stay stable when i'm adding things, Thx for help
