Window > Extensions is Empty!

I am having a problem with all of my After Effects extensions. No matter what I try, my Window > Extensions folder is empty.

I've tried using the AE Scripts and Plug-ins the ZXP installer, and I've tried manually installing the extensions.

I am using AE 18.4.1 on a 2019 iMac.

Please help me!

That's for the umpteenth time a permissions issue. Check the folder info and escalate the folder permissions.
