Windows 7, AE CC 2018 Cannot connect to Servers

Help! help! help!

1. I cannot connect to Servers. 

    I tried the firewall, nothing is blocked. I turned off the firewall, no change.

2. Cannot Load Creative Cloud.

   Again, I checked the firewall, and turned it off. No change.

3. After loading AE, I cannot log out, because I...cannot connect to the servers.

If this posts, then I'm still on the internet, and cannot log in or out. 

Has After Effects CC 2018 been suspended? Or has it been and also for Windows 7? Creative Cloud should still work on this older system.
