Hello so i have a problem with my After Effects it has this one thing on the side that says "Wireframe" and i cant remove it can someone help me please?

Thanks for writing in.

Probably, you're in the Wireframe preview. Click the Fast Previews button in the Composition panel and select Adaptive Resolution.
