Won’t let me click specific things.

Hello! So for some reason when I have any project open it won't allow me to click on certain things. For example, when i try to fit the composition into the screen, it will show for a quick second and then will suddenly go away. It does this with other things as well and I've shut down my computer and tried fixing it as best as i can, is there anything i can do. Please reach out soon!!

What does this mean?

What does "go away" mean?  

What "other things" are "going away"?

Without any specific info liek actual system info, details about your project, screenshots etc. nobody can tell you anything. From the sound of it this doesn't even have anything to do with AE. Something else on your computer is simply stealing the program's focus, so start by investigating stuff running in the background like notifications, messengers and so on.
