Wondering how to replicate these effects in Adobe After Effects

I know it's not very specific and stuff, but I was wondering how could I try to replicate these effects in After Effects. I got a video attached and pretty much I need to find out how to replicate the effects on the characters in there, e.g: the glitching, the duplication, the stretching, the big red guy. I know some of them require Green screen maybe which I don't have, but I was thinking it's still worth a shot to find out how they work.

Not much to see here, to be honest. Just a basic face chromatic abberation and the few random glitches can be learned from any "glitchy title" or "bad TV" tutorial. The rest just boils down to planning the shoot properly and yes, some rotoscoping/ masking work. The whole thing is much more a matter of actually getting the work done then employing any specific tricks.

So there's no need for green screen?

That's entirely up to you. Of course having proper screens in place would facilitate things hugely, especially if you change your mind at some point and go for a different look, but the exact black & white look shown in the video could sufficiently be shot in a dark room with no visible walls and the lighting just on the foreground items. That way simple tricks like using blending modes such as Screen, generating mattes using channel operations based on luminance or Luma Keying will sufficiently work, give or take some extra masking here and there.
