Workspaces not saving... Properties panel keeps getting added back in, as are wiggler.

Everytime I save a workspace, it gets updated with a properties panel, and my effects size panel gets reduced, please fix so HOW i HAVE MY WORKSPACE SAVED STAYS AS HOW I HAVE MY WORKSPACE SAVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Create a text layer or a shape layer, click on it and then look at the main toolbar up the top of the app. Should show up there.

where would I find that Auto-Open Panel selector?

Check to see if the Auto-Open checkbox is checked. That may be causing the Properties Panel to open automatically when clicking on a text or shape layer.
