Hello,

I am having some problems regarding to make one anchor point to follow the other anchor point.

i have done exxactly the same method as it is prescribed by the instructor but i am not getting same results.

when i make on object to follow the other one it goes out of the frame totally. Its position values is exactly the

same but its not in the same position as the other object.

Write on gotcha is that it is in layer space and not comp space. This means that if you copy a path of a mask to position of write on (which I assume what you are doing. You have not provided enough details or the tutorial you are learning from), you need to make sure it’s a shape layer path or a solid layer path (which is in the comp dimensions). If you copy a path from a layer that is not the dimensions of the comp or rotated, Or positioned not in the center - you will have an offset.
