X-OCN footage color management

Hi,

I have to work on Sony Venice footage shot with X-OCN 16bit format.

When I import it in AE, I don't get the S-Log3/S Gamut I should see, colors look look WAY too saturated and contrasts are completly wrong.

After some research, I found that Adobe Premier Pro automatically converts X-OCN S-log3 to Rec709 for editing, and I think this is what happens whis After Effects too, but I'm not sure.

Problem is, I can't get accurate color interpretation when I want to work with ACES Workflow.

I tested something, and it seems to confirm that footage are converted to rec709 by default :

Working color space : ACES-cg

On footage : OCIO color transform > input color space = Rec.709 // output color space = Sony - S-log 3 Venice S-Gamut3

Colors look they are correct, but then if I want to work in linear color space I have to had another OCIO color transform... This is a bit complicated...

Is there a way to make AE display S-Log 3 natively, it would be much much easier !!
