プレビューが最後まで行かず、途中で止まる

afterefectsを入れたばかりなのですが、再生をすると途中でプレビューのインジケーターが止まってしまいます。映像は正常に流れています。

プロジェクトも一つもなく、キャッシュも一切溜まっていない状態です。PCは、Dell Alienware Aurora R16 ゲーミング デスクトップ GEFORCE RTX4090 corei9-14900KF RAM64GBを使用しています。PCのスペック的には問題ないと思うのですが、どなたか原因を知っている方がいたら教えてほしいです。

普通に起動したときでも、セーフモードで起動したときでも変わらず赤いバーが止まってしまいます。
サードパーティのプラグインも有効にして試してみましたが、改善されませんでした。
ドライバーは、intelもniviaもどちらも最新バージョンに更新してあります。
先ほど、他のデスクトップ3台とノートパソコン1台を使って全く同じ設定（新規コンポジションを一つだけ作った初期状態）で再生してみたところ、デスクトップ3台は、赤いバーが途中で止まってしまい同じ現象だったのですが、ノートパソコンは、赤いバーが途中で止まることもなくスムーズに再生することができました。
この事から、デスクトップ特有の何か設定が悪さしているのかなと思うのですが、もし知っていることがあれば教えていただきたいです。


I am assuming that you've already tried clearing media cache (Edit > Purge > All Memory & Disk Cache). If that didn't help, please share a screen recording of the issue with the Preview and info panels visible. It'll help us to understand the issue better.

Hi there,

Sorry for the preview issues. I wanted to confirm if I understand your problem correctly. Your preview stops in between, even though it's been cached already. Is that correct? If so, please go to Edit > Preferences > Startup & Repair > Start in Safe Mode and let us know if you also see that issue in the Safe Mode. In case I misunderstood the problem, could you please share more details?

セーフモードで実行してみましたが、最初は問題なく再生できますが、時間が経つと、また変わらず途中で止まってしまいます。プレビューの色は完全に緑色になっています。

Did that happen when you restarted After Effects, or was it still in Safe Mode? Please also enable the option to disable third-party plugins while launching Safe Mode if you haven't tried that already.

 

Another recommendation would be to update your Intel integrated GPU drivers and NVIDIA GPU drivers (try the Studio Drivers). If you still see the problem with the preview, please share your current After Effects version and let me know if you can share a screen recording of your preview turning green. Please mention the file format and codec if the green preview issue happens with a specific file type.
