26.3.0 (Build 10) Interlace Rendering

1920x1080 Comp at 59.94fps

Rendering to ProRes 4444 | 1080i 29.97

Interlace rendering seems to not hold the proper time base. Comp is 59.94 and is output to 1080i 29.97, but the rendered animation is double the correct speed. Alpha seems to be intermittent there or not there.
