AE jumping to the front after rendering is back

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set something rendering in AE (or let AE do pretty much anything that takes more than a few seconds)
2. Do something else in another app while AE is thinking (eg. carefully trim the out-point of a clip in Premiere, or type an important email in Chrome)

3. AE finishes what it's working on

Result:

The moment it's finished rendering or whatever, AE very rudely comes to the front, obscuring/obliterating whatever else it is that you were doing in another app.

Expected:
AE stays in the background, not hogging the limelight on my PC.
