After Effects Beta 22.1.1 Run out of application memory M1 Max 64GB

Your system has run our of Application Memory – AE BETAI switched over the the latest Beta AE 22.1.1 (Build 68) and am still getting this issue I had using AE 2022 on 64GB M1 MAX. I'm having to purge memory constantly which is really a disruptive workflow. Definitly my biggest pain point. A couple of things to try for us please:

1. If you turn off MFR, does this still occur?

2. Are you using EXR's, or are there particular file formats that reproduce this more?

3. All projects or just some projects causing the issue?

4. Are you using the native AE beta
