After Effects Memory Management Update - 24.5x17 and later.

Hello!
A memory management update has been implemented in After Effects starting from After Effects Beta v24.5x17.

Users can limit the "RAM available for After Effects" through a preference under Memory & Performance settings. By default this limit is set to a significant portion of RAM available on the system.

With this update, After Effects adheres to this limit more strictly, reducing transient spikes in memory usage. This reduces spurious low memory warnings and ensures a more consistent preview range. This update is particularly beneficial in scenarios where the frame cache is recycling frames very quickly such as when switching between previewing two high-resolution comps.
