After Effects respects Dark Mode on Windows

8 months ago it was announced that AE would respect the dark mode in macOS, but since then no novelty about Windows.

I would like to know his there are plans to improve AE's appearance in Windows, currently, title bars and menus look in white without any blur effect.

In the last time I have made suggestions to help the development team, such as using WinUI.
