Can't change panel attachments with update 9/3/20

Just updated to today's beta and I can't seem to attach panels to other parts of my workspace.

Thank you for reporting this issue, and thanks for your patience with our response. Are you still experiencing this issue in the latest Beta build? The latest version is 17.5.0.23 as of this morning.

Not anymore. The beta build before this recent one fixed that.
