Can't enable Draft 3D even with Hardware Accelerate panel on

I seem to be having an issue with enabling Draft 3D on the beta. It works fine on the public release but I can't get it to work on the beta. I have the setting enabled per the image attached to enable it but I'm at a lost for what to do.

Specs:

Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7

iMac 2013 27 inch, 32 GB RAM
