Defined workspace panel size not saved

The defined panel size in custom workspaces are not saved.  Some times it worked !!!! I do not succed to define the conditions to get it saved !!! 

At AE load the default MINIMUM panel size is used, not the size defined at workspace update or creation. 

Could you please save the defined panel size as in all other Adobe apps !!!!
