DNxHD output from AE will not import in to Avid

When I render DNxHD in any Apple Silicon version of After Effects (Beta 22.5 and the current release v22.3), the file is unreadable when imported in to Avid. Avid can read DNxHD files redered out of 22.2.1 using the exact same output module no problem.
