draft 3D Viewport Clips in Half

Steps to reproduce:
    1. ...Create a new comp (32bpc)

Created a Solid

Turned solid into 3d layer

Turned on Draft 3d

Turned on 3d Ground Plane

Tried to navigate the viewport

 
Result: Lower half of the comp view turned black.
Expected:
