latest public release of AE STILL disappears after about 15 minutes !!!

A   message was put up saying this problem was fixed in the nlatest release, but I just ran it   and it suddenly  upped  and forced me to save my  work before it closed down all by itself.

So, not fixed I am afraid.  I havve  just downloaded the current beta to see if that misbehaves in a similar way ?
