often doubleclics... Wacom or Ae fault?

hi,

while working in compwindow, it happens often, that the footage opens in panel layer window. Like I would do an double clic on it.

Or often sticks an keyframe on the mouse(pen)curser, or the In or Out point of an Comp, "sticks" on the curser...

anyone else expiring this?
