    using object matte, quick selection or 4.0 in general with motion i’m seeing going frame by frame that the shape seems to keep lagging one frame behind. not sure if it’s because of of motion blur or what

    It works best with the high quality media and good color contrast. And yes, motion blur may affect the track.
