Correct answer BNC10a

Did you make sure you also set your output to be Rec.709 in the export settings?

Figured it out, Shebbe. Once I switched to 32-bit color everything in the OCIO exports matched perfectly.

Thank you again for all of your help.

Hi @BNC10a ,

In order to see OpenColorIO in After Effects Beta, you need to install the latest available build, v23.1.0.44. Please check the Creative Cloud desktop application for updates.

Details about OpenColorIO and ACES support in After Effects Beta can be found here:

We're very interested in your feedback on OCIO and ACES in After Effects. Please post your thoughts once you have the latest builds.

Tim,

Just installed it about an hour ago. Screen shot from Creative Cloud shows it's up-to-date. Any other ideas?

edit - Yeah it's showing 23.1.0.41. Seems Cloud isn't showing this version yet.

It can take up to 24 hours for updates to be available on all servers worldwide*. Try quitting the Creative Cloud desktop app and relaunch, or rebooting your machine, that may prompt it to re-query.

* For major updates like the new public release of After Effects 23.0, we actually start these updates a day or two in advance. That way we're sure they're ready worldwide when we make announcements, like what's happening at Adobe MAX right now. The 23.1.0.44 build of After Effects Beta was a fresh release this morning so it's still making its way across the globe.
