Question

when using variable font in AE 26.3 the extra bold italic does not stay italic when I try to change the width

the.  other weights seem to work fine, just not when trying to change the width on extra bold italic. it changes to extra bold (not italic). I can change the width in the type properties, not in the variable font settings
