Animation jerky/twitching when I use asset warp

Question

I have been having a problem for the last month or two with many of my animations where when I use the asset warp tool, the animation moves in a very choppy/jerky/twiching way. I've tried downloading older versions and it still seems to be having this problem. Does anyone have any fixes?

if the problem occurs only in the animate ide and not in the published/exported file, the answer below, may not be the only problem cause:

unsmooth animation usually occurs because the workload for the host computer is greater than the computer can handle (smoothly).

the solution is to play on a computer with higher specs (esp regarding ram) or simplify the animation.
