classic tween problem

I'm currently having trouble with using the classic tween on Animate. When I set up the keyframes and enabled the classic tween on all the layers, one wasn't moving at all unlike all the other layers. Any solutions to this?

Remove and recreate the tween. Transformation point should not be moved in any of the keyframes.

If you still have issues, you can post your FLA and someone will probably look into it and guide you.

Click on the tween; in Properties, check rotation and make sure it is not set to "None". (Should be "Auto")
