Error 500: Internal Server Error fopen, after files transfered

Hell all.
I made a project on my Windows PC and everything worked, added Gsap and such, added images and a script. all perfectly well. I need to be mobile so i zipped the project and turned it over to my MacBook.
I can access the same files and even edit it, so no problem there.
opening the unpublished HTML file runs the animation.. fine.

HOWEVER.
When i press Command + Enter/Return in Animate itself i get the following in my browser.

Error 500: Internal Server Error
fopen(/Users/gebruiker/Downloads/HE4/asrocki-banner.html): Operation not permitted

The path is correct, the permissions are correct ( basicly i turned it on for everyone for editing etc)
even doing so with a terminal command does not resolve the issue.

Is there any explaination for this error?
And is there a way to fix it?

Was thinking of opening a new project and importing/linking this one might resolve the issue but i dont have such an option to basicly get everything from that project and slap it with files and all into a new ly created project.

Can anyone give me some pointers?
This issue is really annoying because i can now only work on my assignment when i am in the capacity to open and work at my Windows Desktop.

check your publish settings.  you may have a windows path that's not correct once you moved to your mac.
