This looks like 1-pixel line anti-aliasing flicker.

If those flickering lines are strokes, convert them to fills as fills generally render better.

You can try to export at higher resolution and then scale down in a video editing application which has better pixel interpolation algorithms.

Alternatively, avoid using very thin contrasty lines in your designs.
