I don't see the "Tablet Input" open in the preferences page.

I have Adobe Animate 2020. A friend gave me a version which I could download for free. But apparently this version came out before the update to which the "Tablet Input" option was added. To cut it short, I can't update It on my Creative Cloud account as it doesn't show up, I'm using a Gaomon PD1161 drawing monitor, the brush tool is doing that lag thing, and I really want it fixed. If anyone has a solution, then please let me know. Thank you.
