Rotating stomach

How do you rotate a human's stomach forward and the legs not moving? With asset warp tool you rotate the stomach's warp handle to do this. In bounce animation tutorial you rotate the stomach's warp handle forward and the legs doesn't move. But how do you do this not with asset warp tool? When i rotate the character's stomach forward with selection tool, the legs move.
