Shape morphin graphics

I'm currently modding an eye asset. The thing is, the sprites for the eyes are made as Graphics, and what I'm doing is that i'm trying to morph two of the graphics to create a shock expression, the problem is, the shape tween button is disabled. Could it be because they're made as graphics and not as raw designs (as in, the normal, original drawings of the graphics)?
