Sound across multiple scenes?

I want to be able to time music across scenes and make sure it comes in at the correct time without having to bring up After effects, etc. Is there a way to do so native to Animate without having to do the whole waiting for another program to open, or changing my mind and having to remix it?

This would be useful for BG music, for example.
