Strange Issues with Fixed Points in Asset Warping

I'm taking a course on Animate and I'm facing a bug when I try to make a fixed point in the Asset Warp tool. Adding a fixed point and then another frame makes the caterpillar warp in ways I never intended. I've tried reinstalling Animate because I was having issues with the parenting feature in a separate project but the issue still remains. I've uploaded both a video of my bug and the project file.

Thanks for sharing the file and screen recording of the issue. We could reproduce the issue on our end. We will keep you posted once there is a fix for the same.
