Where is the temporary video files location for macOS?

I need to locate and delete temporary files that are made to create videos from Adobe Animate. Hundreds of gigs have been lost on my machine due to exporting videos that are a few minutes long. I need to free up space. Where is the location?

That appears to be the location for Windows. I need it for macOS.

As far as I know, macOS does not make system files searchable. They are also named to random letters and numbers, so it's unknown what the file is called, unless Adobe Media Encoder opens.

you can't search for time/date?
